08th March 2023, Peshawar:Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan – This International Women’s Day, Tech Valley, Google for Education Partner in Pakistan, has announced a collaboration with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government to distribute Google Career Certificates Scholarships for organizations and educational institutes in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. The scholarships will be distributed to various organizations with a special focus on women and differently-abled persons through the KP IT Board, as well as to vocational and post-graduate colleges through the KP Higher Education Department.

Google Career Certificate is an online training program designed to help individuals acquire the skills necessary to launch or advance their careers in IT support, data analytics, project management, and user experience (UX) design. The program is open to anyone, regardless of prior experience or educational background, and offers a flexible, self-paced learning experience.

In order to support women in the region, Google Career Certificate has partnered up with Khuwaten Rozgaar Services. The partnership aims to enhance the skillset of women in the area and help them to achieve their professional goals.
